The work of the Oyster farmer changes according to the rhythm of The Nature. The respect of the environment is of prime importance, for only the Nature - with the help of the man's hand - (who selects the best broods, prepares the grounds, maintains the oyster-beds while being careful of the storms) offers without restraint very great quality products. Ostreiculture that we practise, is basically CLEAN (no chemicals or organic contribution, no spoil-earth).
