With very modern means :
5 boats from which 3 dredgers the biggest part of our breedings stands on the ground, it is a breeding " à plat ". When oysters are adults, we use our dredgers which dredge for the oysters, bring them up to the bridge then bring them down back to the ground where they will be calibrated. The two other ships, smaller, are devoted to the harvest of the oysters bred " en poches ".

Jacques Cadoret harvest himself the oysters he commercializes. It's the guarantee of a constant quality and the security of regular supplying.
